Sitting at the computer for long periods of time induces a flabby stomach and slack core muscles. Resulting in back aches.

It also affects hormone levels as the high light levels mess about with your adrenal gland.

Also while you are sitting you aren't exercising.

All this means a reduced metabolism and a much reduced health and fitness level and probably obesity and depression.

So no more than 1 hour a day at the computer and lots of fesh air and drink plenty of water is my health tip.so from now on that is me to an hr a day

I do Aerobics and post on my break, whilst drinking fresh water!!! i then have a nice refreshing apple after my shower!!!!!! lol lol
