Does anyone like tripe?
When I was younger, my Dad gave me tripe one time, raw with vinigar on it, I loved it, and continued to love it for many, many years, until I saw a video one day of a cow after it had been in the abbatour ( prob spelt wrong!!). Out fell all this vile blubbery white stuff, and I innocently said, what is that? I was told that is tripe. I have never ever touched the stuff since, makes me ill to think I used to eat so much of it!!!
I know lots of people cook it with onions, but I ate it raw, how could I do that!?????!!!

Trip is nice, raw with vinegar or cooked with onions.
