Hi everyone

Just joined.Mainly for the 'healthy living chat room'.
I have been reading this forum for a while and 1 of your members Samz' seems to know a lot about healthy eating so thought I would give it a go! Is Samz a dietician or nutritionist (same thing I think)
I have a pretty bad weight prob and could do with some expert advice.

welcome to the forum alucard , we have a good bunch on here hope you enjoy the banter , you got to watch out for one or two , trish is the loud one , voddy well shes just voddy if you know what i mean , coastie he is a lost soul , drifts in and out of the darkside , samz thinks shes the sensible one but i think dorry will have something to say about that , as for me loupy and pink where the shy and reserved ones Laughing

I think you are right about everyone from what i have seen and read.
I think Samz is very confident, a little bit TOO confident maybe.
Hope I dont offend by saying this but its not always good when someone is too full of themselves is it!

Thank you for giving me a rundown on members it help to know who is who.
I am on another couple of forums and like to be the 'main player' so I hope everyone gets on with me because I have very STRONG opinions.
I think I will give one or two a run for their money.

I dont know if there is going to be enough room on here for 2 very confident people.
The one thing I dont like is someone who 'thinks' they are smarter than me.
I am here to enjoy some serious debates and dont really suffer fools too gladly so I hope that I will be taken seriously!

I dont often 'get' humour!!! have a humour 'bypass' most of the time. Maybe a bit too serious for this forum. I will wait and see.
I dont really like wind ups - dont see the point in useless banter if it has no direction.
Maybe we can find some serious stuff to debate. Lots of people here that would enjoy it.
It may be time to re stucture the 'banter' into something more positive.
It is all about 'growing'. I am sure you will be one who will agree with me.I think we have a lot in common.

No, I mean I think we should all get a bit more serious all around. I mean forums should not be for fun they shoud be intellectual place to go where people can have intellectual discussions.I will see what I can do to structure this forum to be an intellectual one.I am sure you will enjoy it.
