Have bought a new laptop and it just wont let me sign in on it??? WHY???? It is really frustrating. Have had to come back onto my old one to be able to sign in??? Shocked HELP ANYONE???

No it wasn`t on caps lock. My daughters computer upstairs wont let me sign in either?????? Help???
