I always have boiled lemonade with extra lemon and honey with a couple of paracetamol, really helps me to sweat it out and a lot cheaper than lemsip.
Echinichea is good too.

Make your hubby run around like an idiot after you, get a bell and ring it when you need his assistance. Really milk it. Is'nt that what these men do when they have got a cold. Bless their little cotton socks.
Failing that night nurse and lemsip through the day, maybe if your a good girl a nice hot toddy Laughing Laughing
GET WELL SOON!!!

Go to boots, get the Vitamin C Tablets that you put in water, its nice !! I get 1000mg tablets, they boost your immune system into working harder which makes you feel a lot better, trust me, it works Very Happy

When I had toncilitis I took Lemsip Extra (Lemon or Black Currant) and one glass of Vitamin C Orange (Tablets in Water) The Drink helps the throat and the rest helps with the usual aches ect

I hope you are both better very soon Smile
