i can answer that one trish.

go to the following website.

once youve found the one you want, right click on it and goto properties. make sure the file size is 49kb or less and the dimensions are 150*150 or less. save it to your mypictures folder.
that kinda limits how many you can choose from but there are some really good ones in there.

once youve found one you like thats the right dimensions and file size simply goto your profile and change your profile pic to the avatar in your pictures folder. simple.
