my ancestors lived in holyhead
they are john roberts born 1847 wife elizabeth nee price they had eight children and lived at 2 cecil street one of the daughters elizabeth born 1869 married william rowlands they lived at 24 cecil street if anyone thinks they may have any information about these relatives please i would love to hear from you

Hi Steve

I have a John Roberts as the father of my Great Grandfather Edward John Owen. Edward John was born in 1883 in Holyhead to Ellen Owen but no father named on birth cert. On his marriage cert he claims John Roberts - Seaman / Ship's carpenter as his father.

Just wondered if your John Roberts was a seaman as they are about the same age

Long shot I know
