Watched a programme on this diet last night!!! Awful what they put themselves through and the danger involved in it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The body really suffers and so does a persons mental well being. Aparantley depression sets in very quick!!! All for ths sake of vanity and not even healthy vanity!!!!!!!!

Size zero! Good grief, I would be happy to be a size 10! I guess it's all that chocolate I eat. Perhaps Steve G did me a favour eating all those choccy easter eggs, eh Coastie. Less fat on the hips. Laughing

I dont like feeling hungry. I don`t know how hey can live their lives wit a constant feeling of hunger. Starving oyurself for a diet? is this how bad our world has become in the name of fame and vanity? Shocked
