Hey, are you a dietician or something, seems you are pretty knowledgable about what not to eat or what to eat.
Are you really health consious?
What about working out,do you think it is important to excercise along with healthy eating??
I am glad I have come across someone who seems really focused on healthy eating and living!!

Uhum!!! Thanks for you kind comments!!!!!!! I am just interested in healthy food thats all. I DO exercise on a regular basis at the moment. I walk up and down a very steep hill every day!!!!! But no i am not really into all that in a dedicated way!!!!! I do believe in the body having a range of foods to function correctly though ( for both physical and mental health) and am conscious of this with my children and what they eat!!!

Dont listen to this lot on here they are all jealous of me!!! Wink

SSSh dont tell them I said that!!!! Wink

We havent been on at the same time for ages!!!! He is starting to be a convert to the light i think, but don`t worry I will bide my time!!!! Have to go back and wait in the dark I think!!! lol lol lol Laughing
