They say to drink lots of water to stay healthy. The amount to drink keeps changing, so how much should a person drink in a day???

8 glasses I think.
Anyway any amount is better than none so if you just have a bottle of water with you wherever you are and just sip water throughout the day your doing some good.

In kingsland school all children have been given a water bottle by the council for them to have a drink in class!! Been recognised that children perform better when able to drink water as it gives energy and stops dehydration. Good idea I think!!!

This is a great idea! My grandaughters live in Winchester and the school handed them out a year or more ago.

Water is only needed when you do extra exercise or something that makes you sweat Laughing . You get most of the water needed from the food you eat and this is enough to rehydrate your body's cells.
Drniking lots of water tends to only be for detoxing.
It's all a gimic to get people to buy bottled water and the companies make more money out of peoples misunderstanding.

If it's taken thousands, maybe millions, of years to filter through the rocks etc to reach the springs where it is bottled, how come a "sell by" date is put on it??????????

I prefer tap water!!! Laughing Laughing
