milk is cheaper than water in many shops.

One Dairylea Luncheable - contains 37% more salt than the recommended daily intake for a 6 year old child.

Robinsons fruit Shoot- Only contains 11% fruit.

Sugar Puffs are 49% SUGAR.

Some Soups are saltier that Sea Water!!

I have a salt addiction.
Use lo-salt but still put way too much on my food.
I know its bad but doesnt matter how tasty food is I cant enjoy it unless its slathered in salt!

there is a lot of salt already in the food ought from supermarkets. I dont agree with adding salt to the food I cook. I never add it. A hbig cause of high blood pressure is too much salt.
